HOW TO SETUP WINDOWS SPEECH RECOGNITION

Follow the step to use the spech recognition feature on your windows 10:

1. Open the control panel
2. Select the ease-of-access.
3. Click on the speech recognition option.

4. Click on the start speech recognition.
5. Select the device you want to use it for recognition.

6. Click on the next.
7. Click on the next.

8. Start saying some words to ensure the microphone can hear you.
9. Click on the Next.
10. Click on the next again.

11. If you want to enable this feature to read the documents on your computer then choose this option.
12. Click on the Next.
13. Choose an activation mode

14. Use manual activation mode- if you choose this option then the speech recognition mode will turn off and you can manually turn ON this option by using ctrl + windows key.
15. Use voice activation mode- if you choose this option then speech recognition goes to sleep if it is not is use then you need to say the “Start Listening” command to wake up this feature.
16. Click on the next.

17. If you are using it first and don’t know how to use then click on the “View Reference” button.
18. Click on the Next.

19. Click on the run speech recognition to start up if you want to start it with the booting your windows.
20. Then click on the next.
21. Click on the start tutorial to start this feature introduction and tutorial of this feature.
22. Click on the skip tutorial if you complete the setup.

After you completing these steps you can access your computer by voice commands. 

HOW TO TRAIN SPEECH RECOGNITION FEATURE:

By training with this feature you will know about this feature and what is the use of this feature. So follow the steps to train with this feature:

1. Navigate the mouse pointer to the search icon and type control panel.
2. Click on the ease-of-access.

3. Then click on the speech recognition.

4. Click on the train your computer to better understand you.
5. Then click on the next.

Once you completed your training you will be able to access this feature and your computer better understand to you.

HOW TO CHANGE THE SPEECH RECOGNITION FEATURE SETTINGS

Follow the steps to change the speech recognition settings if you need:

1. Navigate the mouse pointer to the search icon and type control panel.
2. Select on the ease-of-access.

3. Select speech recognition.

4. After that select the advanced speech options located left side.
5. Change the properties as you want in various types.

So change the settings in the speech recognition tab.
